- one can coconut milk
- tbls curry sauce
- 20 large shrimp cleaned
- 2 cloves garlic
- one medium brown onion
- one cup cooked rice
- chopped basil leaves to taste
- tbls lime juice
- 2 tbls honey
- tbls curry powder
- 1 tsp of Sriracha

Cooking Instructions

- Sauté shrimp in butter until golden brown. Remove to dish.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until translucent.
- sprinkle on curry powder and mix and cook for another minute
- Reduce heat and add the coconut milk.
- add the honey, lime juice and sriracha
- add the shrimp let it bubble for a minute
- add the basil
- serve over plates of rice

Many people don't care for curry and I was one until I had this dish.
