Ingredients

- cup of blended cheddar and jack cheese
- 4 large baked potatoes
- Pint of half and half

Cooking Instructions

You will need about 6 potatoes, pint of heavy cream (I use half & half), and shredded jack cheese (enough to cover a full layer on top of whatever baking dish you are using. Bake or microwave 6 potatoes until tender inside. Preheat oven to 450. Scoop out flesh of potatoes into the baking dish, while still warm. Season potatoes with salt/pepper to taste. Sprinkle shredded jack cheese all of the top. Slowly pour heavy cream or half & half over top of the cheese...make sure most of the potatoes get some of this. Bake in the oven for 15 mins or until the top is warm and bubbly. I mix up the cheeses with cheddar and mozzarella sometimes. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
