- 1/2 lb. chopped steak
- 1/2 lb chopped pork chops
- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots chopped
- peas optional
- 3 large button mushrooms chopped
- 1 large russet potato chopped

Gravy
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon flour mixed in 2 OZ of water

Pastry
- Any pie crust recipe

Cooking Instructions:

- Combine meats, veggies, mushrooms.
- Cook in pan until all ingredients done
- Divide uncooked pie crusts into four equal sizes
- Roll pie crusts as flat as possible
- Put one fourth of the ingredients on the pie crusts and fold over to close
- Bake at 450 degrees until brown on top and bubbling
- Heat gravy until it thickens and pour over pasties
